In my professional career after B.pharm&M.pharm I realized that I could passionately apply the knowledge, skills and attitude acquired by me, during my education in pharmacy. I started my career in the field of teaching for a decade, then did content writing for many multinational and Indian pharma cos. for six years.The last eleven yearsI have been leading the sales training function in USV pvt ltd a leader in diabetes and cardiovascular care.

After 26 years of experience, I believe that pharmacy graduates can make a great career in sales where they fully understand the customer of the pharmaceutical industry and having this kind of customer orientation gives them insight into what career is most suitable for them. Some can stay and grow in sales while others inclined to marketing can contribute to brand management.Another satisfying  career option is sales training and sales HR.

So in my belief theeducational institution has a pivotal role in shaping attitude and generating interest in students to follow and make the right career choices aligned to their aptitude and personality.

In a short span of 8 years Shree Santkrupa College of Pharmacy (SSCOP) has become one of the premier institutes in Shivaji University, Kolhapur & Maharashtra & has created niche for itself.
